2nd IWL Pharma Workshop: "Logistics under temperature-controlled conditions"
The main topics were:
- Demands by authorities on manufacturers, wholesalers and pharmacies
- Track & Trace systems, usage of RFID
- Transport risks
- Transport qualification and temperature regulation
Apart from the presentations, the central logistics facility of Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co. KG in Biberach was visited, where the workshop was conducted.
